I chose the 'stitch and unpick' method because it allows you to chain piece the blocks, making the process much faster than sewing each individual rectangle together. Although it does require unpicking a few seams, I found it to be a more efficient technique overall.
That said, I understand that this approach may not suit everyone's preferred way of quilting, and I appreciate you sharing your experience.
